Account Deletion
At Nutty Face s.r.o., we value your privacy. You have full control over your data and can permanently delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly within the application.
How to Delete Your Account
To permanently remove your account, please follow these steps inside the app:
- Open the GraceMeet app and log in.
- Go to the Profile tab (user icon at the bottom).
- Tap on Settings (usually in the top right corner).
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
Once confirmed, your account is immediately deactivated. We delete associated personal data within 30 days of confirmation, except for the limited records described below.
What Data Will Be Deleted (within 30 days)
The following data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion:
- Your public profile (name, photos, age, bio, preferences, faith information).
- All your messages and chat history (Firebase Realtime Database).
- Your matches, likes, swipes, and block history.
- Your location data.
- Login credentials, session tokens, and Apple Sign-in identifier.
- Push notification tokens.
- Selfie verification data and any identity verification photos.
Limited Exceptions (Retained for Legal Reasons)
A limited set of records is retained where we are legally required or permitted to keep them:
- Banned-account identifiers (e.g., phone number hash, device fingerprint) — retained indefinitely to prevent ban evasion.
- IP address logs from sign-up — retained up to 2 years for fraud prevention.
- Payment transaction records and invoices — retained for the period required by Czech tax law (typically 10 years), maintained outside our app systems.
- Safety and moderation reports involving the account — retained up to 3 years for community safety.
- Records preserved under legal hold (e.g., serious-crime escalation, NCMEC reports, law-enforcement requests) — retained as required by applicable law.
